Academic tutoring is primarily intended for first-year undergraduate students. As part of this program, group meetings are held for students in introductory courses and key courses in the first year, such as year-blocking courses and courses with a high failure rate.
Academic guidance is provided on two levels, both in the specific study department, to provide tools for dealing with the nature of the studies along with assistance in academic writing and thinking in the field studied, to streamline and improve the student's reading skills. Support is provided individually or in groups.
Social Assistance - Assisting students in their first year of adapting to university life, through imparting tools, skills, coping strategies and effective means towards the student's successful adaptation to the new academic environment.
